Won't they have another wicked special some time later next year in July-September just before the new one comes out?

The new F30 will be on sale 1 quarter.

Which means you still going to get further dealer discounts on 2012 E90 run off models which will no doubt be very well specced.

There is a little catch (I think)...

They will buy the car back from you after 2 years, BUT they take condition and mileage into consideration. So if you do a lot of mileage (or you are a bad driver) this package is not for you

I don't think this is a residual deal is it. I don't think there is a buy back here

Just remember you will not get there trade in assistance or discounts you will more than likely be Full price for the car. But the will take those discounts and put them towards reducing the interest rate to 0%.

Still a good deal though

Lovely, so BMW sales will be going up big time this month and the sales people go home with nothing.

These scheme deals are great for the buyer as they offer really awesome value, but not for those selling the cars.

Those things are going to loose value quicker than a pregnant hooker when the new 3 is released.

Yup as I thought ... penalties also on damages :)

Penalites - They won't guarentee the buy back and maybe some residual. Best to check with BMW, but if a deal looks too good to be true, it usually is!

oh sales will only go up if they ahve teh exact cars that are ins tock, which are base model, manual sedans with no extras, catch is there is NONE of that stock around, the dealer told me this yesterday and said the cars will end up costing more than expected if they take a car which full price is paid on everything incl. extras

BMW is using the trade in assist to cater for all the 0% statements.

So you have a choice, go this route or take the trade in offer. Just another advertising strategy. Works out the same i would think.

Well it works like this

You buy the car at 0% interest, 0% deposit and 0 emission tax, BUT the car is financed over 2 years, so the more extras you take, the higher the installment, so for a normal 320d with no extras you looking at R7 000p/m and you take it back to them after 2 years, take note the 50 000km limit.

So in essence this is like a rental ?

yep, at the end of 2 years BMW will take your car back and you get nothing back... may have to even pay in if you exceed the mileage allocation.
