i think a shorter version will be easier to implement and manage should also be easier to watch for the spectators...

i dont think there should be a set distance though because the road should determine the length it will make sense to make it shorter and longer depending on corners ect...

I think about 2k will be a good distance :rollsmile:

Next question is, how to accomodate road vehicles in safety regs, are custom built race cars allowed to run (I saw a RR merlin V12 aero engine in a custom once, with it's Supercharger), and so on. We need to have a complete package before we can market this.

i think we can make different classes based on 'engine airflow'/'tires'/'drive chain' obviously if there are few competitors we cant split them up too much.

No need to split them up on the track, all competing against the clock anyway. Just arrange the times according to classes. What about following the MSA system? At least then race vehicles don't battle, and it will be easier to fit in with them re licencing etc.

Guys, MSA and Geoff Mortimer already have the entire Hill Climb formats sorted all I want is to show them how much support there is as to get a couple more going.
