Jeesh mate, I feel for you.
Had a mate back in the day, 2 day old brand new Opel Corsa, his Rotti's ate the car front to back overnight. Front bumpers, mirrors, rear bumpers, mudgaurds, even chewed the steel fenders to shit. It wasnt a pretty sight, worse was he bought it for his Fiance as a wedding present and was going to give it to her a few days later...
Pets can get upto some nasty crap!!

Ouch Shaun, just saw this... I can't imagine how you feel mate. 
But hey, nothing wrong with a new respray of course. Might as well get that VPS film whilst at it. It'll be as good as new. I'm sure the cost will be astronomical.

So after my post on "23-09-2015" the car went back to Alberante due to shotty repair work. Only received it back yesterday and still not 100% satisfied.
I will now send the car in to someone that actually knows what they are doing. Never will I take a car to Alberante again.

So here is a bit of an update.
I started the bearing replacement on the 24th (still busy). All I can say to all M owners is GET your bearings replaced asap! My car ran strong without noise or issues. All top bearing shells are down to the copper and probably would have only lasted another 1000KMs. I would not recommend this as a DIY, it takes tons amount of time and does require you to have had previous wrenching experience, and also some special tools. Here is a quick pic, will take better ones when done.
I also removed the backboxes earlier and fitted some F1X tailpieces. The sound is extreme and sounds like a proper super car now. But might be too loud for most people. I kept the original backboxes for If I sell or want to revert. Also fitted new shoes as the bridgestone potenza's are utter sh!t.
