My new ride. R53

I just bought this car, I just couldn't resist the sound of the supercharger any longer.

Its a 2005 MCS, its needs a bit of tlc but so far I am loving this car!
I replaced the the 17" wheels with 16" X-lites and fitted new Pirelli P7 tyres, replaced the control arm bushes, now all that's left is the front strut mounts, and a good service.

This car is equipped with Xenons, full leather, climate control and a LSD.

The X-Lites look good! And you are lucky to have an LSD, should haul out of the corners.:thumbs:

Wait a bit, didn't you put a to high profile tyre on the car or is it lowered?

Say if you want to trade springs/shocks. I have stock sport+ in my car and it is great, but I want moar low.

Otherwise, for strut tops, I think you must just replace with stock units. Maybe give Ralf at Speedway a buzz.

Thanks man, I first noticed a slight noise when I turn sharply, then I phoned BMW and they confirmed this car has an LSD. I can't induce wheelspin out of first gear corners, just amazing traction.

Yeah I think it has some lowering springs on there. Will check to see if I can see a brand on them. I love how the car rides now, but if I get similar handling from the stock springs I might consider a trade, as I don't mind the stock look.
