My "new" addition - E46 330i.

Hi all

Just a little history, I joined the forum earlier this year as I was looking for E90 325i or 330i. Didn't really find anything that I really wanted (read afford) so continued hunting for a while longer. As it turns out, maybe this was a blessing as there were a few changes at work recently and I wasn't about to commit to a R200+ car with the uncertainty etc. Decided to keep the 318i and spend a little (read a lot more than I expected) getting her 100% perfect. I had just got her back and was enjoying the 318i when my mate calls me up, saying he's selling his wife's 330 E46 - I bought it over the phone.

She's a 2003, 92 500Kms, 6 speed - not mint but in good condition, just needs some TLC and typical E46, 9 year / 100 000Kms maintenance.

Here are the first pics - sorry they are crappy !

Mileage is very low! Lots of TLC and she'll be 100%!! What happened to the bonnet's clear coat? Has it been standing in the sun a lot? Other bits that are worn are minor!

Awesome cars!!!

LOL

The wheel well was in a shocking state, it's amazing what a bucket, soap and a little elbow grease can do. It look 100% now after this.

The bonet was resprayed after a little brat threw an avo pip at it, it hit just beside the rondal and was resprayed - very poorly !!

Thanks MSM

I just need a few weeks to get her up to scratch and I think she'll be a winner. I've know the car since new, whilst not been lovingly cared for, never had a prang had all the services, always garaged so a good buy I think.

Oh ja, very good price too !

aaah the famous NUR(umhlanga rocks) numberplate or as some would say "NOW URE RICH" ,when you stay in umhlanga

Perhaps - I assume that you are aware that NUR includes Mt Edgecombe, Inanda, Phoenix, Dbn North etc.

PS - Those were the previous onwers plates and I do not live in Umhlanga, just for the record.

WOW. you don't find 330's with that mileage often. fix the small stuff but the motors alone are bullet proof and will last you a good few hundred k's:=):
