I'm also thinking about getting some M3 18" Replicas.I found my original 17" M3 Rims where a bit to small and didn't fill the arches too well.18" Rims suit the E36 really well.

Depending on the weight of the Rims it will deffenately have a negative effect on your acceleration.My 18" rims are really heavy,I noticed it right away when I pulled away in first gear.
To sharpen up the acceleration I upgraded to the 3.46 ratio.
Feels pretty good but I wouldn't mind a 6th gear now.

Around 12pm Saturday afternoon I got a call from guys @ APS, that the ///Mistress was ready for collection:joy:

Yes the wait was long, but it was well with it. APS did a fantastic job, they reckon the car is not 100% where they want it to be yet, but we should get there in the next few months.

Time to bring some life back to this thread FANATICS... Yes I know it's been a while, but trust me things have been moving forward with regards to my beloved ///Mistress:rollsmile:

I'm all for new technology, so upgrading the lighting on the ///Mistress from 1994 into the new millenium was definitely on my mods list, so with the help of Fanatics resident light guru Vsomai hooked me up:ty:

Now for the front, which calls for expert touch of :idea: the 1 and only Kabal:thumbs:

So HID's being the upgrade of choice, there is only 1 way to that & that is to do it correctly:fencelook: with Vsomai providing the products, Kabal went all out to get the OEM finish I requested, but let the pics do the talking rather

But the next addition is my favourite:inlove: Ironically it was provided by another BMW that I have in the last 2 years slowly fallen inlove with....

Tyres have been changed the 1st few pics, as the rims came with 224/45/17 & i'm now running 215/40's on the rear with 205/40's on the front, all that she now requires is a bit more low on the coilies. The biggest difference in the stance/look is definitely the offset change from the ET41 on the stock rim to ET20 of the Style 21/throwing stars.

Since those money shots, my ///Mistress has gone in for her much needed beauty treatment/make-over. Will be posting pics of the progress pretty soon, but just thought I would provide a bit of a teaser to the next set of EPIC soon to be coming updates:tease:
