Insert Crying Face here >>>

So I bought some HB4 globes and LED Canbus parks to replace my current sets.
Replaced em, fine not problems, tested the lights all working ok... No errors on board.

Inserted key into position 2 to test it with the low beams switched on, then all shit went down :-( :argh:

Low beams started flickering, and then switched off, everything went in dim mode and car did not switch on.

When I try to start the car, nothing ! .. EML light comes on then goes away, then the DSC + DBC lights and TPMS lights remains on.

My Fuel Gauge is not picking up the fuel, I know I got about half a tank innit .. .

Also my trip meter and clocks have been reset.
Everything is in Dim Mode, Electronics very slow (seats), lights very dim, Radio + Climate Control not functioning, sunroof not operational, as well as low beams.

All of this shit happened suddenly right after I changed the lights . .. .

Looks like I won’t be attending the Midnight Run . ..

Any Ideas? I’m hoping this is not a costly affair!

Yea, these things go when they feel like it. I was adjusting my headlights, spent about a minute with them on, try to start the car, no go - jump start and she picks up first time :) Also had a slight heart attack when it first happened.

I also say battery, as my car did exactly the same a month ago.
Took mommy to write her exam, sat in the car and waited for an hour, and when I wanted to start her... DEAD, and did exactly like you just explained yours did.
Push-started her, and all fine. Did a battery test, and all showed fine. Ended up replacing the battery at bmw for R1350.
Good luck anyway.

My car orig came from Leo Haese when new, but that's a bit far for me now, will try City or Bruma.

I put in a Raylite from Battery Center; cost was just over 1k, and they are top quality batteries. 1,350 for a battery from the dealership isn't to bad though.
