Nice , had a red 320i manual with exec pack back in mid 90's .
Now have e36 325i , miss my e30 , looking for a e30 body , but all scrap or mad prices :bawling:
Front spoiler lower lip missing , agents mad price.
Had any rust ? ( Around rear lights , behind rear wheels etc )

Dig the boxes...shot, been to scrapyards etc to find lip but none have so will end up having to buy it from the dealer. What's the dealers price? No rust yet, luckily - got the car in good nic. Most of the boxes I viewed before I bought this one looked like scrap :) difficult to find one in good condition. My only issue at the moment is my speedo cluster is faulty, any idea where I can get one for a decent price?

very neat!

From the pic it looks like you missing the lower valance spoiler..quite cheaper at autostyle. They even stock the '318is' lip as well

Dealer price on lip in 1998 was about R1100 , don't know now but check autostyling website , they also have alpine type lip-like chrome bumper lip .

I have the 318is lip on my car...much beter than the fibreglass replica...

It should be between 1.5k and 2k..

& the clips are very cheap at the dealer as well.

These are pretty much my plans, all in good time :) except I'll keep the bumpers standard.

I can tell you what not to do, don't use glue to stick a piece of carpet over the dash  (i've seen this done), also don't go to the dealerships they want R70k (I think) for a new one.

Your best bet would be to either fix it, or if its not fixalbe to start searching scrapyards for a one in a better condition, or one in that is at least in a fixable condition.

Awesome ride. Does anybody have any advice on how to get my fuel gauge working again. I have a 318i E30.
Much appreciated. Thanks.
