They get close, we have compared the 330i to the M3, same road same conditions the M3 used about 1l/100km more that the 330i

Wow, I didnt know that. I just assumed all M3 owners would struggle to drive their car in a civilised fashion:tiptoe:

But Kudos to the e46 M3 for being capable of that!

Was driving on the highway when all of a sudden the red handbrake/emergency brake light comes on, on my dash. Fiddled around with the handbrake to see if it was just the switch playing up but that didn't seem to help. After a bit of research, I found out that it could be related to my brake fluid level.

Checked the brake fluid level and she was sitting right on the minimum line. Filled her up to the mark and everything sorted.

Hope this helps someone if they experience the same issue, because I was under the impression that the red handbrake light only indicated handbrake position, engaged or disengaged.
