Just before hitting the 200k km I decided to change the stabiliser links as it was the last part in the suspension that wasn't changed other than shocks and springs. I bought them from imcomex, but might have to change the right one.
For some reason, I didn't notice that the OEM part used a hex bit and the new one an allen key bit, so I think I.damaged the part when trying to torque, end result was that I couldn't get the right.side.to the right torque, I was about 10-15nm lower before the allan key bit starts to slip.

Have to say, the meyle part supplied felt more durable, thicker than the OEM, but I felt no.difference. I felt an annoying knock on the suspension every.now and then which I cant seem to pin point, I have changed everything except the shocks, springs and steering rack. At the last suspension check,I was told my powerflex bushes and other parts that were changed are worn, yet there's not enough movement to substantiate that, or could they replicate the noise and isolate it to a specific part.

The next thing that was annoying the hell out of me was the boost leak, even after changing the intercooler and putting new OEM seals.... here you can see almost half the seal was split. Thanks to Danny for finding this as I had previously inspected and didn't notice the seal was split.

So new seal in thinking all is this.good, I check again after a few weeks and the drip tray has a wet spot.....
Took even longer to find the time to strip again but when I did find the seal split again.
This time I took note of the wear on the clip, the other.side clip does not have this wear and is not leaking.
Thinking I could order a new clip I called BMW, only to be told, clip is not sold separately, only with the pipe....At 6500ex vat.... WTF.
Chatted on the group's, got.some suggestions but eventually Jerry from Leo haese organised some clips, but unfortunately, they don't fit. The e60 uses a different design. Even the part number I find it for the other side of the pipe and it won't work.
So I am still looking for a replacement clip

The clip I need is straight on the sides. At this point, I found a replacement pipe on eBay that comes with the clip, which I.might order if I don't come right soon.
