I am going to use this thread to track the maintenance / upgrades that I will be doing to the car. First to update the maintenance list.

• De-dpf + EGR delete via software [Done]
• Freeflow rear silencer + better tailpipes [Done]
• The vent tabs are broken off so they need replacing [Ordered]
• Mobility Kit [Done]
• Shield Diesel Injector Cleaner [Added at 140'598kms]
• Wheels need refurbishment
• Detailing [In Progress]
• VPS (Full Bonnet, Full Fenders, Full Front Bumper, Headlights + Fogs + Door sill + Boot sill [In Progress]
• Rim skins
• Upgrade the sound
• New Discs + pads all around + brake pad sensors [In Progress]
• 335i intercooler [Sourced, need to fit]
• Radio LCD (dead pixels)
• Bonnet heat shield needs replacing
• Passenger arm rest needs replacing
• The leather on the driver side bolster is worn and needs replacing
• The leather on the drivers seat needs to be tightened
• Front floor mats are worn and need replacing
• Bluetooth retrofit (The car has bluetooth preparation)
• AC fan control buttons are worn
• Gearbox service
• Crank dampener pulley needs replacing (hasn't failed yet)

Now for some pictures of the current state of affairs

Driver's side bolster - this section will be replaced

Stretched drivers seat - the same leather can be used but it has to be re-fitted, tighter

Passenger Armrest - Will replace with an OEM part

Bonnet heat shield - will replace with OEM part

Wheels - Need to get them refurbished somewhere

Fan buttons - I am looking at getting set of vinyl stickers from the US.

I am as happy to get rid of those downward facing pipes as I am pleased to have the new twin straight pipes. :coolShake:

I am not really a fan of the dual (335i) exhaust setup on the 330d and quite like the look of the twin-pipe on the stock M-sport diffuser.

I had the 330d auto 2011 model, which were TOTALED by a BMW Dealer
in CPT.
Got a 330d Manaul and had crank pulley replaced.R9500 incl labour.

Would like to uprade mine too,
believe consumption will come down a bit.
Mine is hovering around 15.5km per litre

I haven't upgraded the intercooler yet, just did the software and downpipes and I'm only on my second tank of fuel. So its too early to say what my consumption figures are.

I want to keep the exterior and interior as OEM as possible with a few touches here and there to make it stand out.
The other mods will be to improve reliability.
