If I ever become a billionaire, I'm paying you and @AdiS R1m each for your cars 🤣

I won't complain! :ROFLMAO:
awesome shots.
I may or may not be using them as desktop wallpapers...

Thank you!

To be honest with you, I hated it the first time I drove it. I'd never driven an SMG car before, and to me it was horrible.
Then a mate of mine who has owned 2 CSL's told me I was being an idiot and driving like a regular automatic which was dumb. So he showed me how to drive it properly (like the manual it actually is), lifting between gear changes when not 100% throttle. And it changed the way the car drove completely. Its so normal to me now.
As long as you lift during shifts, it feels like a normal manual car, you're just not doing the shifting :) CSL gearbox tune is definitely on the list if I decide to keep the car long term though, the CSL feels much better to drive with the auto blips on downshift.

SMG box that has no issues drives smooth from exp from having one for 5 years..especially when u up the shit speed selector to 5!!! :)

This is a biggie as well, I always leave shift speed on 5 and its smooth.

If the SMG pump does go, I'll definitely convert the box to manual though. Its a no brainer, especially when you can get everything you need brand new OEM.

Congrats man.
Welcome to the club
They really awesome cars. And yours looks amazing. Well Done.

PS there was a airbag recall, might be worth it to check if it was ever done

Wow! The meatier tyre setup made such a big difference aesthetically especially combined with the H&R height.

Re the box - also think an SMG is great when you learn to drive it properly. Granted my experience is different (e60 M5) but SMG anyway.

Also think SMG and Manual prices will converge at some point given how scarce these are becoming (irrespective of condition).

Thanks! I'm a big fan of the meatier setup, especially with the way it drives now.

Not much to update here lately, haven't driven the car much at all in the last couple of weeks. But we did do a nice drive through the mountains two weekends ago. Felt good to stretch the car's legs again, no issues keeping up with the fancier stuff in the twisties :) its honestly such an impressive car.
