I wouldnt worry to much about Motorplan being cancelled as the quality of work done by these dealerships seems to be terrible anyway and they dont follow BMW guidelines/instructions on fitting parts anyway. Have a look what I am going through with BMW Midrand who I will never use again.

Then on top of this another dealership fitted my M Performance side skirts with white number plate pop rivets, didnt use the glue or the clips that are supplied with it or even follow the BMW spec/instructions? WTF?
The BMW Motorplan is not worth it anymore unless you have something big to claim. They definitely dont offer the top level service or the quality workmanship they used to offer.
So if you are buying a BMW, decide if you can afford to maintain it without motorplan and support your favourite independant company. You are paying for the motorplan anyway so just negotiate a better price if you dont take motorplan. If you cant then keep your old one (car) or buy another brand.
