I still maintain that if there were any other car i would drive if I couldnt drive a BMW, it would be a Mazda RX7 like the one from the first Fast and Furious Movie. or even a RX8.
I think that mazdas are great cars. Ive had the opportunity to drive a new model MX5 through Bothas Hill in KZN. Still one of my all time favourite driving experiences.
Lets not turn this forum into a non bmw hater paradise. many of the forum members here own cars other than BMW. They come here cos they love BMW's, but not to berate their other vehicles.
I love my Beemer, and always will. I still hope to one day own that RX7 as a Drift car, but still never giving up on my BMW.

This is a big problem on all the forums, people just happen to think their cars are the best, almost as if the brand of car they are so loyal too actually puts the food on their table and pays the bond on their house.

Never in ANY of my statements did I refer to BMW being 'the best", so again by your own assumption, you are putting words in my mouth. I merely pointed out that in my opinion, BMW was better then Mazda.

Besides, forums are a platform for opinions, advice and conversation. I didnt step out of any of those realms. :=):

Okay, sorry if i stired stuff here but it was jsut for the guy;s to see how small minded other owner's can be but anyway, it is funny that they came up with that.although i do maintain i love my BMW! my dad had Mazdas long time back reliable, fuel efficient, but once my dad got bitten by the German bug, it was nothing but German thereafter.
the good thing is we dont see any brand bashing on our forum like other forums do have, so i say, guys, lets be proud of ourselves for having a great forum. and the stuff said in this thread, i am sure no one intended it seriously, it was just for a joke.
