menlyn drive in and braai evening(pictures added)

yes the 2nd december from 6pm,bring own braai meat and salads,or what ever you want to eat,and own drinks.

i will supply the charcoal and fire lighters.

I am in. depending on the shows.

I love that place. My wife and I go there quite often because our 3 year old cannot stay still in a cinema and we find ourselves leaving the cinema early or missing most of the movie.



Also, if there are no good shows, would you guys be willing to move the location to the Velskoen Drive in at Strijdom Park, Randburg. Its a more old school drive in, but still cool. We go there when they have better shows than the Menlyn Drive in.

it would be a bit short notice,and i think most of the guys would pull out,but maybe next time we can make it velskoen

Rain shmain, it'll probably just be a thunderstorm of passing nature, temporary at best. Sure we can hide or umbrella the braai if there's a couple of drops. We'll be coming through regardless though...

There are shelters at the very back of the Menlyn Drive in, but the rain would put a serious damper on the proceedings and the movie.

remember, whilst we are hanging out, our families or significant others might actually want to watch the movie. We have to try and be considerate.
