Has anybody on the forum actually owned and driven their car beyond this 321km/h limit?Please no heresy and not on speedo but actual GPS.
We have been using Celtic Tuning till now but are prepared to pay for other software if it can genuinely go beyond this point.
I can still make quite a bit of power on this car but it's pointless if the speed limiter is an issue.

What plans do you have for additional power if you can get past the speed limiter restriction? DMS in the UK advertise a top speed with their software of 205mph or 328kph so it might be worth contacting them. G-Power also go way beyond 321kph but DMS might be the better one to approach.

If we can get the limiter out the car will be fitted with a sophisticated nitrous oxide kit.You can check out the kits on google. There has been one especially manufactured for the M6 v10.
Positive features include a DME that you can set power to come in on any given gear and RPM level.Safeties that will switch off if values of fuel and nitrous are not met.
The reason for this route is that the car is fast enough in everyday use and the additional power can be used on special occasions.The price to pay is a fraction of other enhancements.The bottle will play headmaster and say you have had enough playtime.
The supercharger route i get no response and even the sponser guys on the forum do not bother to come back.If this is the attitude before you buy what will happen afterwards if there is a problem with the equipment.No thank you.
As far as the limiter goes if you look at video's of cars that claim more you will notice they are running different speedo clusters that go up to 400km/h.I am starting to think that the extra limiter may be situated in the speedo cluster as a manual item that software cannot override.

Please put this step by step in to buck for bang
1.Branches and exhaust price??
2.Software price sounds like the software is more then a average Turbo car????
3.Kumo tyres for the track times ??? As this tyre size is hard to find.
and if you did the pulley upgrade if i am keeping track.
4. Pulley price??? Is this done all ready to the M6

hi guys, if i can get my hands on a good pulley then i can manufacture according to that spec,not to much under drive.It seems to be a good mod on the V10s

I am personally not a fan of under drive pulleys. You upset the harmonic dampening of your engine by replacing the crank pulley and other pulleys to smaller sizes. Sure, you make power, till you snap your crankshaft or cause bearing knock.

The same goes for lightweight flywheels that are made of aluminium and are super light. They cause massive vibration through the crank shaft that cannot be dampened correctly.

Do your homework. I've seen and heard this happen to a few M engines running aluminium flywheels and or under-drive pulleys. You need the correct dampening for a pulley if you do change it.
