M3 e46 need help plz

Hi. I've got a m3 e46...I fitted the rgm air box with cone filter...ind pipe is ran to bumper port/:::I see I'm suffering with is that the car has a flat spot until 4 rpm and than its loose and free...how can i get this Mis sorted

Do you have a unichip installed by any chance? If so get rid of it.

check the condition of your plugs, when was the last oil service ? lot's of basic simple stuff that can add to flat spots....
