Has this been done since the PPK Sir?

is there ppk for m135i ?
PPK intake silencer P/NO. 11 122 334 344.
This is the same as i had on the F30 335ippk.Part identical and fits in two minutes.
I fitted mine straight away so times logged are with this item.

sorry for being blonde but can you explain exactly what the intake silencer does ? How does the car feel, respond and sound afterwards ?

Your car draws air from the atmosphere through the aircleaner. The more air it can suck in the more power you make because the oxygen sensor automatically does the fuel enrichment. The PPK box has got two entries. The standard car only has one.So in effect you can now double the amount of air that the motor can suck in.This is also good for the turbo as you are now "helping " it to supply air.
Based on logs i did this box adds 5-7kw.Response is better and the car does hold maximum power better at higher RPM levels.Bonus was fuel consumption comes down slightly. My ears are too old to really hear a difference in the sound. :biglol:

You have the part number, any BMW spares department should be able to help you.

Well done on the time. You will note that ODI 1/4 mile times are not accurate as they manually capture results. The 1km speed is very impressive. Would be nice to have a headsup run with a Golf 7R at Tarlton.

So the car is now well run in with quite a few kw's and torque extra.Did a re-run and was not able to break the time on the 1/4 i achieved with the standard car but at least equal it.This is not uncommon because with more torque you tend to lose traction easier. That is definitely the case here with the standard 245/35/18 tyres not being able to maintain grip.
Speed over a set distance does relate to power so i am quite happy with the bump in speed at the 1/4 up from 174km/h to 180km/h and the km up from 228km/h to 235km/h.
These figures on my formulae relate to approx. 270kw and 520nm at the motor.

Interesting figures. Granted not tested under the same conditions but a stock Golf R does 223km/h on the 1km and the A45 with exhaust a 221km/h. Figures quoted from VW site at ODI.
