Do either of you know what clutch type diff I must look for, as in what BMW they were in and if I can use my current diff housing or need a new diff housing as well?
If I am not mistaken the e36 M3 and some of the e36 328i's (individual or something) came out with an LSD, not sure if they would fit but it might be worth a try.
no bmw diff will fit without heavy modification
import parts is south african... streetracer got a Quaife from them cost about 15k
if you want to use an e36 diff the output flanges an your half shafts need to be custom made (maybe more)... if you consider that the e36 clutch type will also need maintenance if you do allot of sideways stuff... the Quaife will be cheaper...
