Loose rooflining on e53 and door handle broken?

Hi,
Wanting to buy a nice looing e53 X5.

Some bothering things thou:
* sagging roof lining!? Is this a common problem, and what will it cost to fix?
Right rear passenger door handle broken. This expensive to fix?

On the rooflining. I'm not sure on this specific model, but lots of cars from that generation have the problem. It happens with age.

It can be done relatively cheaply, one challenge is finding someone who you know does really good work. Another is whether you will be satisfied with the replacement material.

Rear door handle can probably be found at a scrap yard/local breakers.

my 2001 E46 touring rooflining Recently started coming away on the Bends just before the Boot area..

I think it comes with age.

Im going to attempt to DIY this as soon as i get time to
