Afternoon Mohammed,

I have a question regarding the Led angel eyes that I bought.

A few days ago while pulling my car into the yard my friend asked me if I knew my angel eyes was strobing / flashing / fickering.

Of course I was a bit upset and almost went home but decided to inspect this myself. When my car is switched on and it isn't dark the angel eyes is strobing / flickering for a few seconds, but it is doing this every time I switch the car on with the headlights switch in auto

Would you know why it is doing this and what the reason is behind that, as I said it only does this flickering once the car ignition is switch on or started and only for like 10 sec or so then it stops. When it is dark and the car is started the Xenon's switch on and then it isn't flickering where it will do this when the xenon's doesn't come on with the angel eyes :blueCry:

Please let me know
Afternoon,
the reason for the strobing which i experienced with most angel eye and any LED which is aftermarket fitted normally flicker when the ignition is switched on, some cars even when the switch is on zero, the only reason i can think of is that when the ignition is switched on the car has some sort of check ( canbus) to determine faults ( globes etc.) thats when the flickering happens
hope this helps

+1 I believe it is a check as mo has pointed out. I know on some vws you could disable the check using vagcom, not sure if this is possible with bmw and inpa.

Its a bulb cold test. You will find the car may do it randomly while driving for a warm test. This can be coded out.

I have coding software but don't know how to use it:hammerhead:

Is there anyone in Pretoria that can perform this and knows how to do it? I also want to do the brake force flashing coding also

If the angels are connected to your parking lights then they will strobe. Also if your angel eyes ar connected to your footwell lights to go. On when unlocking they will also strobe when fading out

Yes I know you can't even have a light blue with out the cops giving you shit. My Idea was to nun them off another switch on my car which will have a matte black paint job while going sideways lol
