yes i can ship to cape no problem, depending on which headlight u have the price would vary, non xenon - R750 , Xenon -R950 and yes i have stock of both.
Reason for the difference in price is different globe sizes

shipping would vary on how u would like the parts sent, i prefer time freight as there are no hassles, and they will bill u on delivery

Nope, the pre lci non xenon does not come stock with rings so it will not fit

I don't know how you guys install those LEDs for the Angel eyes without removing the whole light. I battled my gat off getting them in, and I had my headlight on my bench :roflol:
