Sup Guys

This weekend I had the pleasure of detailing SlickGP's super awesome Alipine white E92 M3 - Awesome car !!!

Car was measured for paint thickness and it had an average of 136 Micron's all round.
Car was polished using a RUPES Bigfoot and Menzerna Polishes and Optimum MF pads and sealed with Werkstat

Before pics :

Some before pics:
White is a very difficult car to detail and even harder to pic up imperfections on the camera

Afters:
Notice the cheap knock off "SunGun" making its rounds

Reflection shots ( Post Polishing )

Final Shots

Its pretty good actually - I pick up alot more defects using this than i do with the building lights. only downfall is that the battery doesn't last very long. but for what it cost I couldn't care :)

The Brinkman looks really good for the price

Great work man

Why do detailers often forget the plastic grilles :fencelook:

Unless you using something very mild that adds minimum exposure.

Wrong smiley, apologies lamb chop, it was the one below I meant

The radiator one.
Ah okay. The bottom grill is matt black and you cant really do much but clean it to remove the dirt and grime

Can't you add a product to it that shines black plastic trims?

I tried something called black in a flash by turtle wax and it works out for me, mine is the same sort of material.

I'm just interested to know why it's not enhanced that's all, as it looks dull compared to the rest of the car. But overall great work. Can tell you put a lot of work into it.
