Knocking noise when braking

Hi all

So a while back i had this knocking noise everytime i braked. you could actually feel the knock. So i gathered the control arm bushings were gone (which they were) and got them replaced as that is a tell-tale sign that they are warn. After i had them changed, i still get that knock. But its not all the time, sometimes when i brake i dont get it and sometimes i do. Its totally random, what i do get though is everytime i brake hard it knocks and sometimes the knock is soft and sometimes loud. It also sounds though like it is coming from the rear right side wheel. i had the front disc's and pads changed and made sure everything was tightened and in place and also got them to double check the suspension and make sure all is tight and not worn (but still i get this annoying noise) dont know what more to do. any advise would be appreciate! Its a 325Ci E46.

You only swopped the lollipop bushes?
Sometimes you have to change the whole arm out too since the rubber joints on the other end will be shot too.
