2 Clutches a year?!

You are a very patient man :praise:

Hahaha didn't have too many choices when it was all i had to use. And with the mileage climbing and price dropping it wasnt worth changing the car

Nice!

have you had the valve stem seals changed?
radiator?
valvetronic motor?

I had a 2005 118i with N46 engine, sold it on 220,000km and beside normal services I only had the radiator replaced at 200,000m due to a small leak.

I also had 2008 120i with N46 engine, sold at 137000km , I did have to change the fuel pump on 130,000km.
both car clutches were changed on Mplan before I purchased and never gave me an issue afterwards.

Not the valve stem seals, it only started smoking about 3 months ago. I am going to be changing the motor so not going to look at doing that.

The radiator wasn't changed but the expansion tank is a problem, been through quite a few of those.

Another issue was the 'activator' for the aircon that came loose and fell of twice, so no aircon. locktight and that never happened again

I also had the fuel pump changed, but the issue was the cam sensor. It would swing but not start - my go too was the pump
