So i booked my car in for a pressure test on the cooling system recommended by the Workshop manager at JSN. (coolant light keeps coming on)

At 16:00 i still didn't hear a word from these guys so i called only to find out they didn't touch the car yet.
So went to go pick up my car and asked why nothing was done and they advised me they need the car for three days to fault find the problem etc?

What bull is this, then why didn't anyone advised me earlier. I think they spinned me that because they were too busy to look at my car.

Does it really take three days to diagnose and fix a coolent problem?

Depending on the issue with the cooling system, sometimes it is preferable to work on the car when it is cold ...... or maybe they did get busy and forget about it :dunno:

all dealers use same excuses when they feel like doing something else other than what they had committed to do...
if the car is booked in then do the work, dont stuff around on something else.

I had a bad experience with JSN too.

Went in for a verbal quote for brakes....the mechanic says 800 bucks for service.
I book it in, they take the car, spend the entire day on it, then quote me 8k because I 'needed' shocks, pads and discs replaced.

So i took it to SupaQuick, bought new discs and pads and asked them to change them with shocks.......total cost....5k

Best part:
My discs were in great condition. Pads were barely worn.

I had to pay JSN 600 bucks regardless for the 'inspection' and 60 bucks for a car wash which I didnt ask for.

And they still have the nerve to put their sticker on my rear window....LOL.

JSN :facepalm: dam idiots, when I was looking for a Z4 M - they told me to come in and see 3 they had on the floor, I get there 1 is a 2.5 and the other 2 where 3.0.....Im like where :dunno: and they say there you are. :hammerhead: stupid Fing people.
