Tried to install JBD tonight but the connectors are different. So will speak with Twinz and find out what we can do.

So went with the Mazda guys today to KAR dyno without the JBD. So only got one clean run because car started to jump on the dyno. So that one run gave me 173 kw 566Nm torque. Car is bone stock and think that is the wheel Kw rating.

Look.... without being funny...
How do you think stock figures of 160kw / 500Nm correspond to your suggested 17x kw / 560Nm on the wheels and at the reef?

KAR dyno is also known to be a "happy" setup...

Realistically you run at about 160kw / 500Nm

Guys, lets not have another dyno debate. Dynos tell you zero, I have been advocating this for so long. This is how Dyno operators make their money.

Dyno's are only useful for tuners using it for tuning purposes. I have seen dyno figures from the reef on N54 cars that are tuned that i have not seen on coastal cars...I normally just give  To avoid another dyno controversy.

A stock reading is only useful if the car gets tuned afterwards for comparitive or baseline purposes or for the tuner to tune out the bugs. Putting the car on the dyno to compete with others is fun but nothing more should be read in it, if the purpose was not to tune.

Just my cent worth

I agree in general, just that claiming stock numbers are way above logical sense, drivese up the wall!

At the end its business and bullshitting customers is something I will work against

There are honest guys out there who sell honest power with honest figures and never stand a chance to constructed figures as they wont get the business (because their numbers shown are "down")

People also mustn't act stupid believing they got an exvellent car when some place shows exceptional power which by calcilatipn is not even possible....

Thank you for trying to smooth this out Twinz but here we have reached a point where Bullshit has to stop

Rolf he was just stipulating the power he made at KAR today, if dyno is happy so be it. But for him its a starting point before doing the jbd install. If you can assist him with a dyno im sure he would be happy to test with you guys as well.

Spare me the BS Skiet!

If someone posts that his car makes standard over 170kw and 560Nm on the reef and on the wheels, he isn't to be taken seriously!
Switch your brain on guys or whatever you have between your ears!

This is where all these sh*t figures on this forum come from!
End of story

Hate me for that!

Mortifer did send me an email asking for good or reputable dynos in GP.
I told him something to the effect that it does not matter which dyno as long as he gets a before and after reading. Datalogging the car after Jbd is more important than any dyno figure. The result would be for his edification
