Would be great if one of the mods would clean it up and get it back on track.

Well then I feel sorry for Burgy, when you car goes boom then everyone will turn to Burgy and say he blew up your car :nonono:

Let Burgy worry about that.

Okay guys.

One of the mods will now moderate this thread. All comments not directly linked to the build will be unapproved. The OP said some stuff and so did we as members...lets give him an opportunity to grow with this thread and share his experiences with us...good or bad.

I will ask Rosh to manage this thread onwards.

I big please...everyone.

...all in good fun, and thats how this forum is, and thats why people love it here, cause as in a family, and as with friends, there will always be some arguments, making fun, insults and teasing.

so as long as it doesn't get totally out of hand I say no harm no foul. :dunno:

Guys, this thread has gotten way out of control..

The information posted here (like the logs) is not portraying the bigger picture.

I have refrained from posting here, but its gotten a bit out of hand.

The facts:

I built this car.. its not my first rodeo, I know all about the jb4 etc.
I am monitoring the logs in their ENTIRETY, not just a few bits and bobs.
Nic and I are in constant contact about his car.
Map 7 was tried out with octane booster + ethanol on a freezing night. It has not been used since.
Dyno was a map 6 that we tried out, again, with octane booster and a bit of ethanol.
Nic fully understands the risks and does NOT drive it everyday on map 6/7, or even drive it hard daily for that matter.

From now, please ask ME technical questions regarding this build and I will be happy to answer.

Thank you to the guys who posted constructive input, it is always appreciated.
