250kw on the M135 is with 50% ethanol in the tank and flex fuel connected....

Dont get dispondent just keep at it and sooner or later youll get over 250 kw theres so much you can do to the car better to start off slow and gradually increase than to get to the finish line first and mess the car up.

Start looking at inter-coolers and induction and branches that sort of thing in my opinion going the ethanol meth route without doing the necessary first in my opinion isn't the best idea when you have maxed out your mods start looking at the fueling etc

Was expecting around 260, since M135i Map7 boost is higher than N55, 135i on the same Map. Try it with some Nf, let it adapt for about 60km's befor hitting the rollers.

If my conversion is correct - 235kw is roughly 319hp correct? With the mods you have of jb4 and DP you should atleast be hitting 360whp (which i think is 260wkw). Man these conversions is giving me a headache.

There are guys here in the US with that setup that Ive seen hit the 360-370whp mark.... Must be the dyno or something doesnt seem right.

Nawti, You never came back to me with regards to the turbo waste gate control solenoid being pneumatic or electric, currently the electric ones are not capable of being plugged in to the jb harness for your car, only the pneumatic ones, Terry says he will work a solution in the future but right now if you got an electric then you will be slightly down on power compared to the pneumatic ones as that can be controlled by the jb.

Massive mountains of torque there :thumbs:
It must be hauling with the lightweight M135i

Dynos are different so the comparison should be with other M135i's on the same dyno and similar conditions.

Spent the entire weekend fitting my JB4 and DP on the m135i.Car has been totalling transformed,currently running map 2,will add some fuel and try map 7 on saturday,KAR is having a dyno will put it on the rollers and see what she makes,i am hoping for 250wkw +:joy:

Gearbox was specified as GA8HP45Z. (Max torque 450nm)

Am interested to get a JB tune as well . Not sure if it would have problems .
