Is this difficult or can the average DIY do this!

Would like you guys to comment on something I'm thinking of doing soon.
I have two 330d's, want to swap out between the two cars the steering, bumpers and wheels. Is this difficult to do? The wheels and steering is not the problem but I'm worried about the bumpers, is this a straight swap?

The reason for this is that I want to sell the 2002 but I really like the other items on the 2002 model.

A standard car with a retrofitted sport pack will never be as good as the original.

I take it one has more km's than the other. Only reason I can think of.

Both facelift and both same year model should be a straight swop. Only thing that would worry me is the air ducts. So maybe that would be swopped as well. Can be DIY'd. Just need the right tools. Especially for the front bumper.

The reason behind this is that the one with the 150kw engine is running an excede map and is very strong. The 2002 is the 135kw engine.

what about the suspension is the one sports pack?

It should be a straight swop. The silver one is not a true sportspack since it only has the front and rear bumpers no SP side skirts and also the wrong steering wheel.

When you unplug the steering wheel remember to disconnect the battery to avoid air bag errors.

Eibach springs on the 2002, very nice stance but the ride is ferm. Swopping the ECU's won't work as the one is the 150kw and the other 135kw models. Thanks for all your input

if not a real sports pack then just swap the bits over... dont think the bumper will be such an issue...
