well seller says F.S.H,so you can check the intervals of service and what mileage the car did at each point of service,that should equate to an average of what the car did per annum or month

It's very possible. It could be a weekend car, or the owner might work from home.

On the price side, it may be worth the cash, but I doubt you could get it insured for the same value. That would be the deal breaker if there was a significant difference.

That can be checked. One of my previous 325iS's had 70 000km when I sold it, inclusive of evey single service record. it averaged 307km per year

I can vouch for this car I saw it. The mileage is true. I have an m5 since January and have not even done the 2000 km service yet. I also have a 320 individual 2006 model with only 50k on the clock. So there are finds out there with low mileages

I did 38000km on my M3 in 15yrs which makes it 211km/month. The car has 126000km in total.
