Damn, I like that foglight induction Idea, I have a spare fog lying at home, hope its a left hand side one.

As for the camber plates, do you know if they make them to get rid of neg camber?

Thanks man. Can’t believe how perfect the pipe fits

As for the camber plates they are made for additional neg camber. So I am sure if u find the right person that could manufacture u a set to fix that issue. I imported my plates from the uk. Nice thing with them is ride quality is not comprised

Taking the subframe to get the the subframe and Diff bushes to be pushed out and gonna install the powerflex ones

The rest of the rear bushes below are going to be taken in and replaced with poly ones. There is a place that actually make poly bushes for cheap.

Current situation of my car till I get my subframe and arms back.

Will probably only get the subframe back next week. So once I get it back I can start assembling the rear.

Hi Cap.

Seeing the diff in that pic made me think..

Did you change the diff or maybe the ratios?
Is it strong enough for the now much more potent x20i motor?

Apologies if you have already posted on this topic. It's been some time and I have short term memory loss...

Haha. No stress man I did change the Diff the stock 120i Diff broke as per the previous owner and the drive terrain had to be upgraded. It currently has a 130i Diff which is bigger and heavier duty than the 120i. The ratio is 3.46 which is the same as the 120i

Nice upgrades buddy.

Tell me, why don't you consider getting all those rear arms made up from steel tubing?

One of the drifters I follow on YouTube upgraded his after bending two of them on his E36 turbo drift car. Looked really simple to make.

I researched his problem a little and it seems that the rear arms on many of the models are a little less than up to the task for most types of racing. Now I know you are not building a race car, but you are making more torque than the biggest stock engine fitted to the 1er, so just an idea to consider while you have it all open.

Keep up the good work.

Me personally, I would have opted this route....

Had a look at those, the bushes are cheap so I want to see how they perform first and if need-be I will get some adjustable arms.

Main thing is to tighten up the rear

I plan on welding a plate on 4 of the arms which have the flat side. The other arm will be replaced with the M3 ones that I will eventually get.

The M3 arms with poly or spherical bushes are the best you can get in my opinion. They said I should get everything back by Tuesday
