Morning Guys

I would like to find out how long are you (F30/ E90 Owners) planning on keeping your car.

a. Full 5 year/100 000KM whichever comes first
b. 120 000KM +
c. 7 years or 150 000km+
d. other

Inlclude your current KM and age of vehicle

I am leaning on the C depending if i have any issues with it.

On my second F30, kept the previous one until under KMs expired and traded it. On the 335i I am not sure, each time the car goes in they want to show me the nice M3/4s they have on offer.. :hammerhead:

My KMs might last another year or so, but I like my 335i.. Lots of rambling from my side but my daily drive Must be in the 5 year plan, weekend car can be older. My 2c on safe motoring. :=):

A well kept one owner BMW will last you ages if you look after it, so the choice to make is really if you willing to keep the maintenance up!

My 1996 e36 which I bought 3rd hand in 2002 - still going strong - used everyday for work.

Only 350000km don't see an end to it yet.

'08 325i - daily use

currently sitting on 149000km.
plan on running it till over 250000km if all goes well.
6 pot BMW's are quite reliable if maintained well.

same here

economic conditions dictate it so, there is no way I could afford another car anytime soon

current car 2001 E39 530d
purchases in 2007 @ 120 000km
now at end 2017/begin 2018 270 000km

will just keep on praising the "old-gal"every time I shut down succesfully at the end of a trip, to say thanks for keeping toegether for yet another drive.

Strong chance id source new bearings ect and put her back on the road if the wheels did fall out. lol

Been driving my 2004 TI as a daily for about 7 years now. It has around 245000KM but still drives better than some of the newer cars. I plan on retiring her in the next 2 years, also planning a minor restoration (paint and interior, set of custom rims).

3/4 years. I prefer to trade/sell with 1 year warranty, makes it somewhat easier.
I don't do high mileage, always have to service due to time not km's.

I keep a car for as long as it gives me troubles free,
but, the first time it lets me down, for any reason, then the marriage is over with.
some cars lasted 3 months, some 4 years max
for now I am on 2 half years on my 320d, and the relationship seems strong
just dont let me down or disapoint me

After all the blood sweat and tears and money that's gone into my car it will stay with me for as long as I can afford to keep it! I have no plans of ever getting rid of it.

This is a car I have always wanted and I finally got one. It put me through hell but the pay off is amazing. I now just spend time researching how to fix it myself so that I can keep her in tip top condition!
