hi guys...so out the blue my red battery warning light lites up:flyfun: ,but drives as normal...i fone my bro to meet me ,as backup,jus incase c starts overheating,or loss of power steering...neva happens,so v belt must stil b intact....after 4th start,c wont swing nomor:flyfun: so we jumpstart,following all instructions under hood,but no sooner we disconnect jump leads,wen a few warning lites pop up....but c stil idling as normal...so i drive all way home(as normal as can b),only dashboard nw lit up like xmas tree,also no speedo,rev counter,radio...nuttn 
SHE CURRENTLY standing...obviously not gonna start....SO,afta sum forum research,i wanna replace voltage regulator,battery,an maybe v belt aswell...only problem alternator seems hidden in engine bay...and i cnt find links to remove diesel e46 alternator(pics wud b ideal)...this wer u guys,MY ESTEEMED PEERS cum in....plz i believe in DIY,with best possible spares.... so plz help a fellow fanatic out raise:
