Hi guys the above lights keep coming on when it's either raining or when I engage the cruise control.. It's been on and off!

Could it be anything major?

No need for BMW. Not sure where you are based but any reputable Indy will be able to sort you out.

Check your battery and alternator. Had that happen to me recently and had to replace my alternator.

It happens that the problem is yet to be solved..

The diagnosis from BMW says the DSC Hydro-Control Unit needs to be replaced at a cost of R 34k :skit::smashScreen::YesNo:

So, i'v booked it with Paolo at Supertek for Thursday..

I would look at sensors before looking at the Control unit itself.
Could just need cleaning as mentioned before.
Also check voltage across your battery and alternator just to be sure that all modules are getting the correct voltage before throwing money at something that costly.

IIRC voltage across a battery should be between 12.4-12.7V
Voltage across the alternator should be around the 14.2V mark

Have you replaced a tyre recently, otherwise reset the tyre pressure monitor through the iDrive {try that} - I had so much sh*t with warning lights on my ex 335i :skit:

I hope OP does not mind me putting this here but I'm experiencing the same problems with my 320d and not sure what to replace if it is alternator or regulator as I have been advised it could be either of the two

need to have it repaired but do not want to spend unnecessary money by replacing the wrong part

Hi.
My alternator caused the same problem last year. The regulator on it dies and causes some modules to throw codes or errors and warning lights to come on. Check your voltage when idle and revving the car. It should not go more then above indicated volts.
