Hard Starting

My BMW 325i has a problem starting, i have to keep trying about 10 times before it takes and even then the rev jump up and down. After all that then it runs smooth. Sometimes if i take off it cuts our.

e46 2002 bmw 325i triptronic, it seems that it only happens in the morning and it seems to take then cut off after about 3 to 4 tries it starts and then i have no problem

Had the same problem with my E46 320i, replaced the fuel filter with an OEM one and it was all good :thumbs:

The fuel filter on an E46 has a built in fuel pressure regulator, these fail after a while..

Do you know when yours was last changed? whats your current mileage?
