Gumtree scam photos - spot the difference

This scam ad made me laugh. There are at least 2 different E36's pictured here. And an interior shot of an E46 and a UK spec E36 with the miles/km speedo. Are these scammers really so clueless?

If he was too lazy to take pics why didn't he just do an exterior shot and put a disclaimer of "similar to pic" in the advert.

The fact that he is including an interior pic of a E46 (with the satnav nogal) leads me to the conclusion that this is a scam artist. It's blatant false advertising.
