@ DistilledSilver - Im really sorry to hear your experience has been less than satisfactory, this is not something any BMW owner should ever have to endure. I would be more than happy to get my Mech's & Tech's to look into your problem and I am confident we would be able to sort this issue for you. I have just ordered a whole bunch of new M accessories and clothing which should arrive over the next week or two. Unfortunatley I dont have any art car models in stock but I have just checked with my parts department and I can have the current BMW M3 GT2 A model delivered to my dealership within about 2 weeks. Pop me a PM and I can give you the full cataloge details and pricing.

@ Kugs330 - I couldnt agree with you more.. my days of driving anything less than the best are soon to be over ;)

Hmmm...I've been looking for an X35 for some time now....maybe you might to find a good deal there....There was a 2012 E90 335 in CT that I was after but it had a dealing pending on it and eventually got sold:cry:

There is a N55 135 DCT 2010 with 12000km at Clearwater but for the price 2010 is abit old now....

So before I even went through to see Nick today he asked me for some details about the problem I mentioned, which is with the paint. So he set up for the DP and their panel beater to take a look at the car while I was there and had already liaised with BMW SA about getting authorization for them to fix the problem.

So they volunteered and have now undertaken to sort out a problem on a car that they didn't even sell!!! And there really is nothing in it for them. That kind of customer service runs circles around anything I've experienced from other dealerships.

Thanks again Nick! I encourage you guys to start dealing with him and this dealership, not because you're supporting another forum member, but because you'll be getting the best service in town!:ty:

All is in order for you to check your car in on Wednesday morning and I can confirm that we have arranged for a car to be on standby to get you back to work. As discussed we only need the car for a day so you sould be all fixed up and back in your baby on Thursday.

Also, the limited edition BMW M3 GT2 Art Car model you ordered is due to arrive tomorrow or Wednesday so when you do come through you will be able to pick that up too.
