GP: TheFanatics Night Dyno

Thank you guys it was good to put a face to the names. The cold weather would certainly give a better figure the 260,7 hp or 193 KW is not bad for an engine rated for 240 KW and 373Nm is a little short of the 450nm. Most cars I have dynoed through the years come very close to the torque figure. Again it depends upon the calibration of the dyno. That said HM would make a place to gauge the schnitzer bits I will add in 4700km time.

Thank you Firoze and the HM team

From the little time I was there...the event seems like a pleasant success. Credit is due to the events Committee though for stepping up and making sure it ran well. HM auto also seemed on the ball and very effeciant so that helps a lot with these type of things. I'm sorry I couldn't help out yesterday or socialise yesterday, and would to apologise to the forum for being out of sorts.

My water pump gave up 1.5km before HM auto so with the help of David and a few friends we just towed it to the event and then called AA. Met a new guys....seen some beautiful cars but missed out on the event as a whole.

Shout of to Gert/ratslaaf who offered to get my car monday morning. Some big hearts on this forum.

Congrats for pulling it off chaps and to the winners of their respective classes.

Thank you guys for an awesome event. Everything ran like clock work. It really was a smooth set-up. It was so good to meet a few of the forum members face to face and I'm looking forward to meeting all of you in future.
Wish I could have stayed longer, there were some kickass cars in the que when I had to leave.

Firoze, thank you very much for the plates bro, they look sick!!

I have your Trophy Ray Ray Congrats! Will see you tonight.

@Arbee HM auto and Fanatics staff :clapper: What a day!
The most awesome Dyno day I've been to yet. The venue is spectacular. Neat tidy clean and organised. They ask the guys to fit their own tow hooks which I think is a nice touch, and there is a team setting up your car on the rollers so it moved quickly and smoothly. There was some eye candy not only in the form of cars so thats also a plus :)

Fortunately the Dyno only broke toward the end of events so it was a very successful day in my books. Looking forward to more HM auto events.

Thanks again to everyone attending it was great fun!

Awesome Awesome Awesome day gents. :clapper: Everything went BRILLIANTLY.

:ty:

I've never seen such big power figures. I still can't believe what the F10 M5's put up. The difference is NIGHT and DAY between the V10's and the Turbo V8's. WOW!!!:skit:

Big thanks to the organisers for putting together an awesome event! It was my 1st Fanatics event and dyno event and it went as smooth as possible. The guys at HM Auto work swift & efficient and very happy with the way it was handled. Was cool to finally meet Arbee and the team and also great to meet cOlDFuSiOn! Thanks for the kind words bud!
So my 335i (#BlackBeauty) pulled 247.1hp and 372nm of torque which I feel isn't bad considering its bone stock with 3000km :tiptoe:

Thanks again to the team for an awesome event! :clapper: Looking forward to the next one!

Hi Arbee,
With regard to the results.
How will they differentiate between the 135i coupe's and the M135i's?

I noticed that they just wrote 135i for both variants mentioned above these?

Thanks
