I don't know if this topic has been discussed before, but I thought it would be helpful to everyone to list dealers that give good or bad service, so we know where we can take our vehicles and receive quality service.
Personally, with all of the hardships I've had with my car, I have received nothing less than spectacular service from Auto Alpina Boksburg. It took less than a week for a new engine to be fitted, from it being ordered and authorized by BMW to handing the keys back to me. Took my car in again yesterday morning, with no appointment made, with a blown turbo. It has been replaced and fitted, will be tested and handed back to me tomorrow. :thumbs:
Anyone else have any good experiences with their dealers, or can name any dealers to stay away from?
