Gave the 320i some TLC...

Nothing major, just a light polish by hand, but treated all of the black trim pieces with Meguiars Gold Class Trim Detailer - amazing stuff! The plastic/rubber bit where the wipers are that goes onto the glass was a very dull light grey colour from sun damage not to mention the fact that it is fairly cracked and perished in places - going to replace this anyway once we have the very pitted windscreen replaced too. But seriously impressed with this stuff - it really brings the black plastic trim pieces back to looking virtually new again, and being silicon based it also provides a good water barrier. Will be interested to see how long it lasts though.

I am going to have to spend some proper time with the paintwork - most of it is not too bad, not great, but not terrible, so I reckon the DA polisher should be able to get rid of some of the worst scratches and swirl marks. But the bonnet is going to realistically need a respray or some touching up - lots of stone chips that are quite deep.

Now for some pics. Oh, and the windows were tinted a month or so ago. Still some polish residue and dust that a good wash will remove, but this is the results...

those e90 wheels fit the car really nicely :) what size tires you running?

Thanks! They're the normal 225/45/17's - these are actually still my 330i's wheels with the terrible Conti RFT's. The set that belongs to this car has the same size tyres but the Hankooks.

Thanks Mike! Most E90 wheels seem to work very very nicely on the E46's! Offset makes the car look a lot more aggressive than the standard E46 wheels' offset... :inlove:
