I have seen a few cars with German plates in the North of GP myself.

Most likely here for testing yes :thumbs:

Yup! Saw the CLA in the Golden Gate Park and earlier this year counted about 20 Porches all with German plates on Chapmans peak when I was there on Holiday :thumbs:
