FRC 2.0T Audi TT even with 135i?

Came across a thread on the Audi forum where this guy claims to be even or even slightly ahead of a 135i with his FRC chipped 2.0T TT.
Your opinion?:thinking:
Alot of the other Audi forum users gave him their thoughts and they say no way.:nono:

Sh*t happens...

I gave a 2.7 Bi Turbo A6 a ass kicking in a 1.6T MINI a few nights ago.

Anything is possible... Depends on conditions, tyres, driver skill etc etc etc.

Besides... We know how it is with these car forums...

No don't think so. My friend drives a highly modded golf 5 gti and him and a chipped 130i stays neck and neck

Highly possible I saw a chiped TT run a 14.0 1/4mile at smile so its all possible those FSI engine can breath nice when opened up

I have a tuning box . Not ever going to be doing sw
No need making 40whp with the box am more than happy .
Brandons Audi had done a best of 14.3 . So it was average at best .

Yip I had a passenger on both runs .
My 335 made 290 whp stock , so it was healthy

Beware the KO4 upgraded TFsi's..... they will smack a stock 135/335....

yes they will , but a chipped 335i with dp's will eat them up on longer stretches

I think it's definately possible. Remember a K03s TT should weigh less than a K03s Audi A3. I had a tlgp with my then FRC stage 2 (Dp & induction) Golf 5 Gti and a stock 135i, was ahead by a about a car length till the end of 4th before braking.
