A bit concerned today I found out my service plan on my 520D has been frozen. Somebody has fraudulently ordered parts against my vin number in November last year and SMG Cape Town suspended my service plan as the records now reflect my vehicle was in an accident.
Has this ever happened to anybody else. I feel like the onus is now on me to prove I did not order theses parts and that my accident free car was never involved in any accidents.
BMW SA unable to tell me what parts was or who ordered it other that it was via SMG Cape Town (not which dealer thought as there are three) and they just have a name of BG Auto Body works (which when I google doesn't exist) no address / contact numbers etc Any advice please
