Fraud - parts ordered against my VIN number

I hate it when we have newbs post things like this and not return, is this a way at trying to accuse BMW of fraud while back at the ranch....where there is smoke you all understand the rest. mgwaiting:

The exact same happened to my dad, 520d F10. Called up BMW SA and after like a month it was fixed.
