Looks pretty good, although original wheels are required and looks to be some after market poo shoots....

I would still take the 540 with Sports trim though.... a M can needs lots more love and coin to maintain.

Used to be a forum members car as mentioned. I looked at it at this dealer well over a year ago and think that they may have banged it after they got it from the forum member. The bonnet and bumper had been re-sprayed and not very well I might add, very poor finish. Either that or they had tried to do stone chips, but they would of been better off leaving it. The way it was it was no where near worth 300k - even now I would not look at 200k for it. Would rather look at the car that has sparked debate on the forum - 540i msport 6speed.

Those wheels are horrible, and the car does not look straight, although that could be the 0.5 megapixel photos.

How do you know? What does that mean in terms of specs / performance?

Thought Protection Package was only available on the 540i. Could you get it on the M5 or does it simply have double-glazing?

That explains why the car is still for sale... The fact that its still for sale at this "bargain" price, means something is VERY VERY wrong.

Gents, Bossie, the previous owner of the car bought it from Dada's, had it for a while, then traded it back in at Dada's on a 135i about a year and a half ago. They gave him a really good trade in price thinking they could sell it again at a high price as they did to him. So they started off at R300k, and have been reducing the price ever since in an effort to sell it once they realized that they weren't gonna get a super high price. The mileage is still the same cos the car has been standing at the dealer since he traded it back into them.
