Howdy fanatics

Purchased my first BMW, a 2003 E46 330D off a friend. The car was in a small accident so I offered to take over the payments and fix it up myself.

Here are some images after the accident:

I have fitted a replacement bumper and upgraded the base audio system and head unit.

Still have some things I want to do to the car.

1. Want to replace the bonnet.
2. Want to replace the headlights with Xenons or LED's with angel eyes.
3. Want to replace the interior wood trim finishes with carbon fibre finish trims.
4. Want to replace the center console if I can find a replacement. The plastic is quite scratched and the leather looks beyond repairable.
5. Want to replace the car mats.
6. Want to detail the leather on the interior.
7. One of the horns needs to be replaced.
8. Most of all, it needs a proper valet.

Nice one... welcome to the BMW family!!
I always loved the E46 and the 330d has more than enough power. :coolShake:

The car looks good after the repairs.

If I may ask, where did you get the bumper from and how much was it?

I got the bumper from Dolphin Auto Spares.

This is what I paid:

Bumper - R1400
Lower bumper grilles set - R830
Bumper trims set - R770
Crumple zone plate - R850
Bumper shocks (used) - R550 each
Fog lights excluding the globes - R350 each

What radio is that?

It is this Android head unit by Xtrons :)

Thanks. I've read some not so good stuff about the Xtrons units. What's your thoughts on it?

Honestly, so far so good. Not having issues with the unit or the sound quality.
I was also hesitant at first when buying the unit as there is some bad feedback on Xtrons out there. The bad feedback I found was quite old though (between 2012 - 2015) so I took a chance and bought it.
