So, after years of saving and putting together money, i FINALLY was able buy the car I wanted.

I always wanted a bmw, and of recent, thought that a M Pack or Individual would be out of my reach, but after lots of searching, I finally found something I liked... correction.. loved.

2004 (First Registration 21 / 12 / 2004, first sale 15 / 01 / 2005, meaning the deal was first approved in december 2004, but the dude only signed the papers in 2005), 318i M Pack Auto. It has Alacantara & Cloth Sport Seats, the factory sound system that is MP3 compatible, auto lights, rain sensor. The only downside is that it doesnt have the original M Pack / Individual mags. but rather the Sport Pack 17's (The dude had 18's on the car, but didnt want to sell so he bought these cheap and threw dem on).

Im kinda new to this whole forum thing, but Ive attached pics below as best i could. (please advise on a better way).

Thanks.

The car is lekker. I will cherish this beauty. Only sad thing is that im having a valvetronic problem, but Tunetech in Jozi (where I live) is going to sort it out on monday. Other than that, she goes like a dream, and holds the road extemely well (remember that I used to own an opel corsa with a modded suspension, and this car can run circles around that car).

I think that ill just keep to the current method of posting pics.

sweet ride dude....

i never knew those bumpers came with the sportspack :dunno:

They dont. This is the M/// Pack. It has M/// badges on the steering wheel and all the door foot board thingys, where the individual says BMW Individual.

The Rims are from a Sport Pack, but thats cos the guy who sold me the car bought them for the car. he had 18s he didnt want to sell with the car and didnt have the proper Individual (330ci) rims, so he bought these. but theyre lekker also.

just waiting for a bit, and ill change the rims to the proper individual rims and the tail piece.

Hey XMAX

Did you buy this car from a muslim chap that lives in Marlboro?? Looks like the same beemer that i took for a test drive...she drives really nice and has good power for a 318i Auto. I was after the sellers 320i Individual but he wanted to much.....thats a hot car Black...just missing the sunroof but thats ok as Ive purchased my E46 320i Individual for a better price with low k's......mine has a sunroof :):):)

Sup Taffs,

Not sure where he lives. but he owns a few Garages. I met him at the Engen Garage in Bramley, where this car was parked. He has quite a few cars for sale, but i didnt see a black individual, maye at one of his other garages. Im really enjoying driving this car. alot more powerful than i expected for 105kw.

the mileage is at 166k km but thats ok, cos the car has a full service history with bmw and after motorplan with a BMW Specialist.

I also wish it had a sunroof, but its not a biggy.

I can honestly say that I will NEVER buy another brand of car after driving this BMW.

THANKS GIZMO for the post edit.

yip Taffs. Same car. the switch works, just that the plastic thingy that you push down and pull up is missing.

spent all my money on this car. have to wait til the month end to sort the switch thing out.

weird thing is that for the first week i drove the car, perfect. then on the second week, the EML light comes on once in a while, showing a Valvetronic fault on the diagnostic. But its ok, I have a warranty which should cover most of the cost of the Valvetronic stuff.

Other than a little electronic fault, the car drives lekker.
