There is always a risk of the paint cracking, even with the professional tools, and if it has had a hint of filler, life is going to suck...

Your thoughts on grinding Leonard?

if you just need to roll the flap on the inside of the arch a bit you should be ok... but im sure a metal pole will damage your paint so i would want to stay away...

i went to big boss auto yesterday to do mines , the rear lip was way too strong s the y grinded a bit of the lip off , helped a lil but not totally so i may have to lift rear suspension a lil to help cope with dips in the road.

I did mine at Powerflow in Mayfair....They did an awesome job and i could even lower it when they were done...i paid R450 for the both rear....

i used a rubber mullet on my tazz back in the day quick and easy just be nice wen doing it, dont hit the body just that lip

also done it with a mallet on another car, but because i do jewellery work im pretty precise with a hammer and am good at bending metal so i did not suggest that :rollsmile:
