Faulty Water Pump

Hi Guys,

With that being said...

ON MY 160i CONQUEST
The wife dropped the kids off this morning and when she got back, the Radiator water bottle was boiling. Could that be a sign of a failing water pump?

Have you tried bleeding the system to eliminate air?

could be thermostat

look at blocked pipes, blocked radiator, faulty thermostat or water pump

I will check those when I get back home, just hoping that the head gasket did not get shot.

My previous Toyota's it was always thermostat failure.

Check your belts too, a worn belt can allow slippage.
